Return Policy for The Darling Drip Apron & Tea Company

 

At The Darling Drip, we strive to provide you with the highest quality aprons and teas. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following return policy:

 

1. Eligibility:

   - Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

   - Only products purchased directly from The Darling Drip are eligible for return.

 

2. Conditions for Return:

   - The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

   - Any accompanying tags, labels, or accessories should be intact and undamaged.

   - Tea products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene purposes.

 

3. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order details and the reason for the return.

   - Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

   - Once you receive the RMA, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging materials and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

   - Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.

   - Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

   - If the return is approved, we will process your refund or provide an exchange as per your preference.

 

4. Refund or Exchange:

   - For eligible returns, we offer a refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   - If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly assist you in selecting a suitable replacement item of equal value, subject to availability.

   - In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items:

   - Due to hygiene and safety reasons, tea products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

   - Customized or personalized aprons are also non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors.
