šÆ Meet HoneyBee Tea
A Sweet Sip for the Season
The seasons are shifting, and with that comes the sniffles, the sneezes, and the cozy nights curled under a blanket. Cold and flu season has officially arrived, and if your house is anything like mine, youāre on a mission to keep everyone healthy, happy, and hydrated.
This year, I wanted to create something simple yet effective. A tea that comforts little throats and boosts their immunity without a fuss. Think of the Medicine Ball tea from Starbucks, but kid friendly and way more powerful. My son, who normally refuses tea of any kind, happily drinks a full cup of this one (which, if youāre a mama, you know is a small miracle).
And the best part? The tea itself is a natural, bacteria-fighting blend and it only takes three ingredients. My boys even helped name it: HoneyBee Tea. š Instead of trying to figure out how to package it to sell, I wanted to just give away the recipe for you and your household.
š Hereās how to make it:
Ingredients:
⢠1 teaspoon of dried thyme
⢠1 cinnamon stick
⢠1 tablespoon (or more!) of honey

Instructions:
1. Steep the thyme and cinnamon stick in freshly boiled water for 10 minutes. I like to use a mini 12 oz french press for less mess.
2. Add the honey to the bottom of your favorite teacup. I give my boys little espresso cups because it's the perfect size for them.
3. Pour the tea over the honey, stir gently, and enjoy while itās warm.
šæ Why it works:
Thyme is naturally antibacterial and soothing for coughs and sore throats. Cinnamon adds warmth and helps reduce inflammation, and honey ā that golden nectar ā coats and calms irritated throats while adding just the right amount of sweetness.
Itās the perfect comfort drink for chilly mornings, after-school wind-downs, or those first signs of a scratchy throat.

ā A Note from My Heart
Thereās something special about making remedies at home ā simple, natural, and filled with love. HoneyBee Tea isnāt just a recipe; itās a reminder that sometimes the most healing things come from the humblest ingredients.
So next time the sniffles make their way into your home, brew a pot of HoneyBee Tea, wrap up in a blanket, and sip slowly. I hope this tea brings relief and health to your home and warmth to your heart.
From my kitchen to yours,
š Britt
